My car was booked in for repairs at Automagic Centurion, and, due to Budget Rent a Car's incompetence, my rental car was not delivered to me at the specified time. I was on the phone with Budget for an hour, arguing with them as they said I will have to wait until 16h00 until a rental car becomes available for me. I needed to get back to work rather urgently. Christine saw me sitting and waiting and asked if I had been helped, and I told her that Budget is accusing me of lying and now I would have to wait the whole day for my car and that I needed to get back to work. She informed me that a Budget car was at Automagic awaiting collection, phoned Budget and arranged for me to take that car. These days one is so accustomed to bad client service, for Christine to go out of her way to sort my problems out was a pleasure to experience. She is professional and friendly and a definite asset to this branch. Thank you Christine!
