I ordered a DVD from [URL Removed] on the 14th and was told it would be couriered and delivered on the 15th. The tracking supplied by [URL Removed] put me on to the FedEx express website where it informed me that the DVD arrived in East London at 8:34am on Friday the 15th. It is now Tuesday the 19th and no delivery has been made. [URL Removed] can't tell me what is happening as they cannot get an answer from FedEx express. It would have been quicker and cheaper to use the post office. I have informed [URL Removed] that if they continue to use FedEx express that I will no longer purchase from them as I cannot handle such poor service.
