Appauling service at General motors King Williams

My aunt Buyiswa Wellem bought a brand new Charcoal Astra 1.6 2011 (FNP 682 EC) model from General Motors in King Williams Town.the car is still underwarranty& eversince it came out of their showroom it continues to display a sign that says it has to go for servicing and when we take it to them we are told to not worry about it, we then went&reported a problem with the drivers seat in January and we were told that the part has been ordered from overseas but we have not heard from them since then.when we approached them again they said the lady that was handling the matter is no longer working there.(case closed).
the car all of a sudden refused to start (Friday afternoon), they refused to tow it saying we must kickstart it to the workshop.my aunt was without a car for 3 days because the manager said they cant give her a courtesy car, after they replaced the starter the system (date and time settings) are messed up and the car now has a problem with the gear lever making it almost impossible to reverse.everytime we go there Jaco just laughs at us&says the part is ordered overseas&it ends there.it has been more than two months now, with no updates from them.this is just unacceptable!!!
