I have had an on-going problem with my Toyota Fortuner. Despite the problem not yet being resolved, the service department at McCarthy Toyota Durban North have been exceptional in their assistance - their contact, follow-up and unrelenting effort in trying to sort out the problem. I receive phone calls daily regarding the progress of the repair and every effort has been made to ensure that I have not been inconvenienced by my car needing to return for service 6 times in the past three or four months. While I am frustrated by the persistent problem, my frustrations have been diluted by the outstanding service received from the service team headed by Justin and supported by Shaun and Orville. A team to be proud of!
