POOR QUALITY AND FAULTY PRODUCTS NO REFUNDS

I travel through PTACentral to Centurion daily. For protection I decided on smash & grab. Googled companies that specialize in same, came across Suntinco. Phoned, spoke to Katinka (on phone she's Katinka, on website/e-mail she's Hettie). She gave me a quote & for my convenience she's in PTANorth. I decided to make use of her services. Appointment was made 4/7/13.She came to my dad's house (I could not take leave). That afternoon when I saw my car's windows, it was in a bad state. There were folds, lots of bubbles filled with fibre & water, some parts not covered in corners. I wasn't happy & she came back to rectify the problems on 5/7/13 & attempted to repair same. There were still bubbles. She assured me its normal & I must park my car in the sun for a few days. I gave her a week. My car was parked in the sun all day, it did not get better, bubbles still there.19/07/13 she came back to repair again, same thing happened again. My car was booked in at Proactive Glass for the 4th time to repair, again same thing. They didn't do the back window & confirmed that she will refund me R500 to repair the back window somwhere else. No R500 refund received & windows still in a bad state. I need a full refund to repair.
