No Service at all!

We bought a brand new Fiat Ducato 19 seater cash 4 months ago for school transport purposes. Firstly the car was delivered late, after we were told it would be in time for school. Now 4 months later, the fuse box burned. Agenbag (John Williams motors referred us to them) tell us that their is no stock & it will take 21 working days from when the part was ordered. We phoned John Williams and asked them to help us, because we now have to transport 12 children by cars everyday 40km there & back. Eventually after getting back to us, they say there are 2 in the country and if necessary they will strip one for a fuse box, but according to Fiat SA this isn't true the part is on a back order. Never heard from John Williams Motors again, not to try and maybe help us with a minibus while we wait for the part or to try and get the part faster, since they know very well its for transporting kids to school. If the car was old, I could understand, but its a brand new car! So we will be driving up & down with cars transporting the kids until finally we get the minibus back! I have never experience such bad service from a car dealer in my life!!
