Everybody in life deserves a 2nd chance. After an initial complaint I received feedback from the dealer-principal on Hello Peter that I could not finish reading as there were too many characters in his message. Must say I was pleasantly surprised when I gave Synergy Auto-Sales a 2nd chance to rectify the situation I was in. Although I only had to pay for and fetch my own license, pay a lawyer to have my trade-in settled and forfeit an extra payment on the vehicle I traded in, they went the extra mile to fetch my vehicle at my house and brought a 2nd goodie bag. Not only did they do that, they also fixed all the mechanical problems on the vehicle so that it could obtain a COR. They then brought it back to my house in a very clean condition.
