On the 16th of January 2014 I traded in my Honda CR-V for a Opel Astra 1, 4T Enjoy. Everything went smoothly despite a few issues with my new car which the salesman (Wilfri) kindly accepted to fix for me.
Unfortunately on the 25th of January 2014 I surprisingly got an SMS from FNB saying that my monthly installment for my (traded in) car was deducted off my account...
Reason being is that Pharoah Auto did not settle my car in the time given on the settlement letter. Added to this, Pharoah Auto also contacted Wesbank for another settlement letter which expired on the 25th January 2014, at a lower settlement value (Because that meant I would have to pay the next installment).
Net result is that I expect Pharoah auto to pay back my installment as this should have never been deducted off my account in the first place.
I did not expect this kind of service from Pharoah Auto, very annoyed and upset - and I am also still waiting for an answer from the branch as to when I will be refunded.
If you guys have any customer service quality I expect this to be resolved asap.
