ACCESS TO MY CREDIT CARD

I rented a car from Avis in April and 2 weeks ago i received an sms saying that I have a traffic fine and it will be forwarded to me. Avis went into my credit card and took an amount of R226 without my knowledge. When i called the call centre to enquire the guy explained to me that when i signed the contract it did say at the bottom that should i get a traffic fine i'll pay that amount.

He further explained that a traffic fine will be forwarded to me the R226 was just an admin fee. This is so ridiculous that Avis will charge an admin fee of R226 just to give my details to the traffic department. I'm shocked that for one Avis can be able to access my credit card anytime they wish and two that they can charge an admin fee of R226 because i got a fine with their rented car and on top of that I still have to pay the fine which you might find is even less than their admin fee.
