Rented a Audi A5 Cabriolet for a few days in Nov '12 from Avis Luxury Division
All was fine, on time delivery etc, really no complains, until billing and invoicing, now, after checking my bank statement I noticed a different amount as agreed has been deducted, on enquiring to find out the "detailed" inv requested does not add up at all, still unexplained amounts, this is after about 12 emails back and forth, why do I have to enquire, why do I have to constantly ask more info on every email, why don't I get a statement mailed to me as soon as the amount is posted, why don't I get the correct info the first time.
O, and then to note that I have a speeding fine, which was suppose to be paid by 30 Dec, well, it is mid Jan now, and I only get this notice after enquiring, and to be told Avis does not pay this on my behalf, well, the other companies does, how must I pay this from abroad.
Hope you sharpen your invoicing up, or I will rent my future rental from another company, as I did the other 8 vehicle in Nov, I can just imagine if I did them from Avis as well.
