I bought a Dodge from Nissan Bruma in January 2013, 3 days later engine warnings and engine cut off every morning 3 to 5 times. When i reported to Michael (Sales rep), he went on about the quality of petrol in South Africa. Upon putting pressure i had to send back the car and He promised to send the car to their Jeep Dealer, it went there 3 times with no change in malfunction and the Principal dealer a Mr Hoosien was also advised at this stage. I took my own initiative taking the car to other Jeep dealers and problem was identified and being fixed. Upon reporting back to Bruma Nissan both Michael and the principal Dealer refused pointblank to take the accountability for the car they sold me, i have a response email from the Principal dealer where he claims i should have given them time to sort the matter out. I sent back the car to them 3 times, only in April i started to look for solution, they had 3 months to solve the problem. The matter is being looked at by relevant authorities, will not rest until i get them to take accountability. Both the individuals mentioned on this are aware of my case and know my details.
