Shocking Service

I have been sent form pillar to post trying to resolve this simple query. First spoke to Barius on Friday and he said he would contact me today, upon contacting the call centre I was told that he is not in the office today. Then I spoke to Oteng - I am still waiting for her to get back to me and have been told she is not in the office for the rest of the day either. I then spoke to Phenius who also promised to get back to me ASAP on the matter. He never called. Upon calling back I was told by another agent that Phenius says he is on his way out for lunch and cannot help me. Phenius never called back. I then called again and asked for the manager, Vernon, who promised to call be back with feedback the next morning.
When I called the next day I was told that Vernon is not in! I was told to wait for the next manager, Melissa, to review the case and call me back.
I doubt she will call. I am sick and tired of calling Ford and have exhausted all avenues of complaint - STILL NO SERVICE. I look forward to getting rid of this Ford I drive and going to a maker who is serious about service.
