Nissan South Africa
All Franchises are lacking decent training

I have had my Nissan Murano for 4 years now and I am happy with it. Great smooth engine for a 3.5L, smooth gearbox, loads of extras BUT no decent back-up from your any of your dealerships for servicing or repairs. In fact every dealership I have been too has caused a problem instead of fixing my car.

Most recently and worst of the lot is Nissan Bruma. I requested a bumper to bumper check with my service and was told I only needed the service, wiper blades, back brakes and to do my front control arms. Total R 12 053.54. A bit steep but since my car was running fine I figured it was worth it.

After that the car went back to Nissan Bruma 5 more times because the car did not sound right and I had vibrations on the steering wheel. That cost me an additional R 4520.01 for a shock and still the car was not right. I had to book it in to Nissan Boksburg to figure out that the engine mounting was cracked, that cost me an additional R 2816.37. Still I had vibrations and knocking so under suggestion from your dealerships I changed my tyres at a cost of R 14357.50.

To date, I have spent R 33 747.42 (30% value of the car) since September and my car is worse now than before it's "service".
