Anyway, they have this top up of a full tank on their cars which they deduct from your deposit (aka deduction), secondly, THEY WILL INFORM YOU AT 17h30 THAT THEY NEED THEIR CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY AT 08h30, WHERE THE F$%K WILL I GET A CAR WASH/CLEANING PLACE WITHIN THAT TIME, I GOT R200 DEDUCTED FOR A F$%KEN CAR WASH. R200!!! WHEN QUERIED, THE LADY IS NEVER AVAILABLE INSTEAD, SHE GOES STRAIGHT TO MY CREDIT CARD AND DEDUCTS THE MONEY. THE FEEDBACK IS POOR OR RATHER, THE COMMUNICATION IS NON-EXISTENT.
