On Saturday my car went for its 45 000 km service and for the first time in all my years of owning a car, it did not get washed. The service consultant said they do not wash cars on a Saturday. This is absolute cheapskate service on their behalf. i was not notified that they do not was cars on a Saturday when I booked the service and when I booked the car in. How much would it really have cost to employ a casual to was the - 5 cars that were booked in for a service. Never again!!! They are quick to replace brakes every time the car goes in for a service because they benefit from it financially but to layout about R200 for a casual to wash cars is not heard of. Come on Hyundai... that is not the way to keep a customer... a simple thing like a car wash is not asking too much. Instead I got my car back dirtier that when I gave it to them to service!!! Very annoyed about this!!!
