On Saturday 29 Jun 13 I took my 2x Polo's for a wash at the Total Moot Street. On arrival I drove in first and my wife behind me. I paid R 120 for the 2 cars to be washed, hand dried and vacuum. My car was washed first and I park it to be dried. While the lady was drying it I waited for my wife to get finished. When she drove her car out it had to stand in the sun to get dried. 4 x staff members were all busy working on a silver metallic vehicle that came early in the morning already. An elderly white man was assisting the 4x staff members with the cars. they send him to come and dry with a dirty cloth. I decided then that i am paying for this poor service let me rather dry my wife's car myself which I did. My wife went complaining to management. they did not even came to resolve the problem. When these 4x staff members heard we complained they were especially spite full, they took their time, being rude to us, etc. When we got home I had to re vacuum both cars and clean the dashboard with a wet cloth. The management of this car wash is poor or non existent. You make a lot of money by washing cars, appoint sufficient staff to assist. I will never wash my car there again!!
