I took my Kia Picanto 1.2 ex in for her yearly service this morning (2/7). Exactly 07h30 - on time - they took my car, complete all docs, ask questions, let me feel welcome and important to them. They prepare my car - cover seats, etc. At 8h50 I've received my first call, re service they busy with.
Wow, this is great service. Well done Kia, PE and especially your staff at the service centre.
