My wife & I have been driving a Kia Picanto for the past 4 years & have received only the best results from the car. For this reason, we decided to once again purchase a Kia Picanto. We visited Kia Roodepoort branch & was introduced to Mario, a sales executive. From the moment of meeting Mario up & until the time we took delivery of the vehicle, it was the best service we ever experienced from a car dealership. Mario was professional, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer each & every question we could asked & made us feel at home from the start. At the same time of purchasing the new Kia Picanto, we had to service our old Kia Picanto. Karen, at the service department, took on this role and helped us to the fullest extent. She is well informed, friendly & sufficient in all that she does. She kept us informed right through the day on the progress of the service & even delivered the car as promised on time. With this, we just want to take this moment to express our gratitude towards these two exceptional staff members as they made our experience memorable & of international standards.
