I rented a car just for a day in Pietermaritzburg. On returning the car 24 hours later I was unable to find parking at the airport and had to drive around the Europcar parking area for a while and was eventually told by an attendant to just park the car alongside the car wash. With all of this my actual rental time had just gone into an additional 30 minutes. I was charged for a whole extra day because of this. I sent Europcar an email explaining what had happened. Today I received a credit note. I was charged only for one day. Much appreciated! I will remain the loyal customer that I have been over many years! Thanks for all the good service received all this time.
