I had to wait a month to get an appointment with this 'reccomended' place. In the process of doing this, was kept been transferred and call being cut. Then I give them my car, ask for a progress report, never receive it. I constantly phone&then have the rudest receptionist laugh at me over my calls. Even when the manager got involved, he was the most disorganised manager I have come across!
All the people who work there seriously need training and need to learn about customer service, because it does not exist at all.
It has been a nightmare dealing with these horrific people.
I will never recommend them to anyone! And I hope people reading this will never use them, please don't you will just put yourself in a more stressful situation.
The receptionist who works there, really needs to get a slap across her face - in the customer environment market you have to learn to be empathic, Jade (or whatever your name is), get out of customer service and go work somewhere where you don't interacte with another soul again.
Someone needs to do an inspecition and enforce that these people, do something to upgrade their daily work.
