Still not delivered to destination

I couriered an envelope from braamfontein to hatfield on the 25th of June for next day delivery, today its the first of july, Hatfield tells me they had it and re-routed it to Pretoria Church street because SARS told them so... Why did I pay for the overnight service when it still has not reached the place I addressed it to? I should have just gone and hand delivered it myself... I thought im saving time by using speed services, it turns out I wasted time and money... sooooo disappointed, frustrated, I feel like crying...
