I took my Mazda3 in for a 105K service. I just feel that the charge for labour seems excessive in conjunction with what was supposedly done to the vehicle. Brakes supposedly adjusted but feels no different to before the vehicle went in for service. No old parts returned in exchange for replaced parts. No stipulation of what engine oil was used. Just a lack of transparency puts an element of doubt in my mind.
