I was a bit apprehensive when I bought a GWM Steed 5 form the GWM dealership in Nelspruit with all the horror stories about Chinese goods it took a bit of a leap of faith and low and behold from the word go there was a humming noise coming from the gearbox. After some investigations we found the problem and GWM without blinking an eyelid replaced the complete gearbox with a brand new gearbox no questions asked they just did what was needed to be done, unbelievable!!! Thanks to Riaan and his team in the workshop.
I should have expected good service when the sales person Frank Gunn drove to Johannesburg to go and get my bakkie when the delivery company failed to pitch up on time for the promised delivery.
