Received another reminder via sms'Service reminder - your vehicle has been booked in for a service at Barloworld GM Centurion for 27/06/2013. Ref:21650 yesterday.
Its now 1630 and no reply regarding the pickup of my vehicle. There's no courtesy car and was suppose to have receive my vehicle today. Upon calling them they do not have the parts in stock for this manufacturing flaw on the vehicle.
How come though you publicy opened a campaigne and yet client came in on tuesday 25 june 2013; to make a booking for this manufacturing flaw. As evident above it was confirmed via sms that it would be booked in for repair on flaw on the 27062013 and upon booking was told will receive car back same day.
3 days have lapsed and yet no compenstion for last minute inconvenience during school holidays. As there is no compensation what so ever. Is this how you role ie deal with clients for opel; isuzu and chevrolet.
