DISGUSTING SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE ATTITUDES

My fiesta went in on the 10 June as the engine light came on while i was driving on the 8 june we booked my vehicle in and received no call to let us know of the progress 3 days later i called to speak to fred and he said my car was only collected on tuesday 11 june hows this possible i dropped it at barloworld monday then he responds no its not being fixed at barloworld its being seen to at an authorised repairs place " to my shock "! why isnt my vehicle being repaired at baroworld if thats where im sending it and the cheek of FRED when he called back refused to talk to me wanted to talk to my fiance BUT ITS MY CAR NOT MY FIANCES I WANT TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON? well upon collecting the next day 4 DAYS LATER im told there wasnt much wrong so i ask what is not much to which FRED replies ill give you technicians number you can talk to him!!! inspection of car was filthy and my car had been driven almost 100 km and returned with absolutely no petroll not even to replace the petrol you had driven out ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING in my opinion and then the next day i opened up the the back door and i found a monster energy drink unopened? what was my car being used and not repaired by you
