Inappropriate deceit

Went into general motors on the 25062013 and was told that needed to book in on the 27 june 2013. BOOKING NO 21650... 27/06/2013LONG BRAKE PEDAL TRAVEL DUE TO BRAKEMODULATOR VALVE CORROSIONTHANK YOU AMANDA ROOS; was told they had a campaigne for faulty brakes on the chevrolet spark.
Received another reminder via sms'Service reminder - your vehicle has been booked in for a service at Barloworld GM Centurion for 27/06/2013. Ref:21650 yesterday.

Its now 1630 and no reply regarding the pickup of my vehicle. There's no courtesy car and was suppose to have receive my vehicle today. Upon calling them they do not have the parts in stock for this manufacturing flaw on the vehicle.

My vehicle was driven in and not towed in as one cannot understand as you mentioned springs are out etc. However you than clarified the part would tale 3-4 days and there's no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience caused to me. Unfortunately one has no vehicle as its holidays and need to get kids around places.

One had driven my vehicle to you and not towed hence my vehicle was driveable. You have not enlighten me before u had no parts and nor for a 4 day stay.
