I just had a tremendously positive experience with Avis. They were courteous, knowledgable and friendly. When I dropped off the car, by the time I got to the office they had a full invoice without me having to fill up the car. Their people were gracious and warm and efficient. A really positive experience that means I'll definitely be using them for my car rentals in the future.
