Thrifty car rental at OR Tambo has special on car rental. Phoned call centre to confirm specific car availabality for trip AND include requirement in the note area, booked and paid deposits but when arrived for collection was told that call centre plus they did not even read the note. Now i get a downgrade for the higher price as there's no other car available. Person at other counter also booked vehicle that is not available, also receiving downgrade. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will not recommend to anyone. Poor service and attitude.
