I would like to take the oppurtunity to thank the staff at Mccarthy Parow for the great service I received from them. Mare' Williams was the first person I came into contact with and from the start I was shown only service excellence. I am a young female and many times I would walk into a car dealership only to feel that I was being taken advantage of price wise regarding trade in values etc. (even with doing my homework and shoppping around). At Mccarthy i felt like a valued customer even though i was purchasing a bottom of the range polo vivo. Lauriaan Stassen in finance was ever so patient with me when negotiating interest rates and for this I am very thankful.
After recieving my car on Tuesday I heard a noise under my car, I contacted Mare' on Wednesday morning and whithin 30 minutes the driver was at my work to fetch my car. When coming out of an all day meeting my car was at work waiting for me and the problem being fixed.
Thank you Mccarthy Parow - i didnt have my heart set on buying a VW in the beginging but with your great focus on customer service I will return when its time for a trade in.
