Very unhappy with their service

I bought a car in September from these people (traded in my Yaris) this car always says passenger airbag is faulty and has been deactivated. I took it to them but still i dont see what they did... there was a funny sound and they said they will change breaks, but i still get that sound from the brakes. I went and bought two front tyres because the ones it came with were FINISHED, it wasn't even safe driving in the rain. I was told that i will get a refund for the tyres, i also paid for the wheel alignment (which was very bad) even today, no1 ever came back to me.

I called first week of this year and some lady told me to forward the invoice i sent to Andre to her, i'll get feedback when they come back on the 14th. I sent emails, but no1 seems to care. I even asked if i should take further steps, they still ignored me. Nothing me off like being ignored... people like these can make you wonder why you even chnaged your car! I want my refund and all problems with this car sorted.
