I purchased a Tata Xenon 3.0 Baseline 2012 model on the 11th of December 2012 the purchase price with vat and admin fees etc is R 135227.01. Since I got this bakkie I have had endless problems with this vehicle.
The vehicle is in the cherry isando workshop more than i have driven it, firstly it was the shocks then it doesn't want to start, they said they fixed it then it was the power steering they said they fixed that to, then it was the diesel gauge they showed me that they did work on it its still not fixed because of that I have been stranded 3 or 4 time without diesel and the vehicle doesn't want to rev up when you start it, I have reported all the problems to the dealership have had not satisfaction. The vehicle has gone back and fourth about 5 times with the same problems and it's still not fixed although they say they have fixed it. I have spoken to the regional director Mark Bennetts he has assured me that they problems would be fixed but that hasn't happened, when I contacted Mr Bennetts again and told him that i am fed up with this vehicle and all the problems that it is giving me, i told him that I'm going to the ombudsman he told me to do what I want.
