When we initially gave them a quote from a budget panel beater they refused it. We then went to D&G Panelbeaters -a recognised panelbeater they then decided to refuse the claim. We are looking for a R20000 repair cost on the car. Mandy along with her senior Managment are making excuses that rental cars are not insured. They rent out their cars without informing people that its not comprehensively insured. I have given her 3 quotes accident report and vehicle licence.. I require the car to be fixed. This is not opportunity for her to make money of old people.
