WORST SERVICE and NO RESPONSE!!!

I Lived in Cape Town for a Year, and after my water tank gave problems, I took it in to the Ford dealership (Porters Auto) in the CBD. They replaced my water bottle on 15 Nov 2012 and since then I moved back to Joburg. On 24 Jun 2013, I drove to PTA and noticed that my car was overheating. It was late in the afternoon, so we phoned a towing company to tow me to the nearest Ford dealership, and that happened to be Allen Joss Auto in PTA. They sent a quote the following day (overheating problems) cost R3257.09. We paid and they phoned to say the car was fixed. My dad drove through around 5pm on 26 Jun to get the car, and the next morning 27 Jun at 10 am, the car broke down with me again next to the highway to pta. My dad again drove from Joburg to come and tow me. We towed the car back to Ford Germiston, as it's closer. I phoned Danie right away, and he said that it's not their fault, that he predicted that the top gasket could go. I asked why they didn't test for it, and he said that there wasn't a test you could do?! He then went on saying: 'young girl, you don't know anything about cars'!? My car's still at Ford Germiston, And no one's calling me back from Ford customer care??
