RENAULT IS TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS

On the 31/05/13 I went to the dlership to order a set keys. I was served by Charleen who gave me an option of paying cash/deposit, I opted for cash. she then procesed everything but was unable 2 print the Invoice on that day, I insisted that I want POP in order for me not 2 experience any problems when I come 2 fetch the key. she promised that there won't be any problem and the key will be available within 10-15 days. I was expectin one of the consultant to keep me updated with the status of my key, none of that materialized. it was actually me who called; I would hold and promised 2 be cald back and she never did. On the 21/06/13 A MONTH LATER, spoke 2 the managers 2 lodge a complain. she put me on hold 2 go and check if they have rceivd it, it turned out that the key was delivered but no one had a DECENSY 2 contact me. AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH! today when I went 2 fetch the key was tld that they 1ST nid 2 code the key which takes abt 30min it actually took 1HR which rsltd in me CANCELING MY Client's app. I was then advsd that there's an outs/ding of 540, tld them that I paid cash. they didn't take that, I HAD 2 SHOW THEM MY BANK STMNT 2 PRVE I'M NOT A! IM EXTREMELY OFENDED
