Bad service and then made to feel like criminals

Placed order and paid 50% deposit, we were told it would take 6/9 working days from receipt of deposit. After 13 working days we phoned to find out what was happening as we had heard nothing. i spoke to the call center and to back office who said they couldnt find my order on the system, we were quoting their number from their paperwork.. they said they would get back to us. The next day we phoned again as no one had contacted us. only in the afternoon when we mentioned the product ordered was a roller door that suddenly the order was found. we as customers were supposed to know that they have different systems for different products. the installation was booked and we were informed that balance of cash would be required on installation. no problem. Morning of the install arrived i went out to get the cash and whilst i was out the team arrived, . they proceeded to sit in our driveway and refused to off load until i returned with the cash. my husband offered a cheque which we would exchange for cash as soon as i got back but no they refused to move. i rushed back phoning their office to see what could be done. i am still waiting for them to get back to me. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
