I have been to barons several times. i am sitting with an noise on my car for the past several months. parts have been replaced and yet the problem has still not been sorted.
the first time i booked it in for the issue i had to wait a week for parts and for the first available slot again. when i had booked it in the second time they replace some parts and when i collected my car i heard the noise a few minutes later while driving. i then went the next morning with a quality control person and he confirmed. i then had to wait for a courtesy car for my car to be booked in as i use my car for work which took a over a month. this took a few days. i then collected my car the following week and yet the problem was still there. which i then immediately returned and again i met the following morning with a quality control person and he instantly heard it. we then proceeded to the lady that books the courtesy car and was told i must wait as there is no car available. this was mid April and i was told in the beginning of June. i have not received any call to confirm or feedback on a date. i phoned several times with no one returning my calls. i phoned again and was told to wait.
