I booked my car (citi rox) in @ Barons Culemborg in the month of September leading into October. Vw Barons then informed me with the problem said that the fuel injectors need to be replaced itself. The car was in the Friday had to take it back in the the next Wednesday or Thursday as the service advisor said to me more or less when the parts will arrive 3 or 4 working days. I then called in to hear what's the hold up only to find out the service advisor took leave, nobody letting me know on the feedback about the parts for my car. Waited 2 weeks again service advisor called parts are at the workshop took the car in. Car still not fixed had to leave it overnight, car still not fixed, I brought the car back home took it in again car still not fixed. Service Advisor then told me there's a problem with the E.C.U box, that it need to be sent away and that I needed to wait 2-3 weeks for a courtesy car. I called in the 3rd week still waiting on courtesy car. I had to phone in time and again to hear I should wait it's been 3 months now. Really getting annoyed, but I'm on the verge on cancelling the repair. Guess they only look after there Big Fish! Dissatisfied in Vw Barons
