Service turn to nightmare

I took my car clio 1.2 16v to service at kempton park renualt on the 19 June 2013 and i went to pick up the car later that day after the service, and yesterday morning (20 June 2013) when i woke up to drive to work i found that my car is busy leaking oil, it leaked through out the night by the amount of oil on the ground.so i contacted the dealer and they ask me to slowly drive the car to them again, which i did and they told me that my sump is broken that's why is leaking.i have been driving dis car for 3 years not it even once it leaked and they told me that the previous guys who did my service they have patch it with a silicone something that i don't even know and they never told me such information before and i did even see that silicone because he said they have removed it, is not it Renault Standard to inform a client if there is something on their car which is not supposed to be there before serving or repairing the car, it feels like they damaged the sump cause they were to quick to give me a quote for a new sump which came to R2174.80, i will my car there anymore, iv been to midrand renault and Route 21 never seen such things.we supposed to trust them.but its all about money.
