Long outstanding parts

I was in an accident on the 21st of October 2013 and King Price was quick and efficient in giving approval (4th November 2013), highly appreciated. The panel beaters ordered parts on the 4th of November 2013 and 11 weeks later there are still outstanding parts, meaning I have been without my car for 12 weeks.

I contacted Mercedes Benz SA to query the delay, they requested a requisition order. Michelle has the requisition order as it was provided to her by the panel beaters. I have called, emailed her and king@king as well as customer care but no response at all.
All i ask is for the requisition order so that Mercedes Benz can deliver the outstanding parts as well as investigate the cause of the delay and I can get my car back. Please assist in this regard.
