After 2 sperate accidents, I took my car to BMW Club Motors in Randburg and dealt with Patrick Mosenyi. From the first instance he met me, he treated me like his daughter telling me not to worry about the car and to be grateful that it is the car and not I that is hurt. He reassured me that my vehicle is in capable hands and would look brand new when I get it back. Throughout the time my car was booked in, he made sure to call me at least twice a week to give me an update on the progress. Even when there were delays, I did not feel it as Patrick continually kept me updated and even went beyond to ensure that my car hire does not elapse while my car is still under repairs. I thoroughly appreciated the customer service I received and thank Patrick for representing the BMW brand in such a wonderful and professional manner.
