I purchase a 2nd hand Suzuki Vitara for the amount of R187000 cash from this dealership and have had nothing but greif right from the start.
I was told that I could collect the Vehicle at 12pm, then I got a call and was told that it would be ready by 2pm as they had sent it to have some touch ups done on the bumper and have it polished.

I waited until almost 4.30pm and was told that the car was still not ready. I blew my top and the floor manager went to collect the car which was still not polished allround.

I drove it for a week and was still not contacted to collect the new number plates and registration papers which should be in my name
Before they sell any car they presumably do a 125 point check... ya right!!

I put the car on my car lift at my workshop and got my mechanic to check the entire vehicle.
He found the following faults

Windscreen wiper water bottle, water leaking out at the bottom
Rear brake pads excessively worn
Park distance control beeps erratically when driving on open road and in town.
Cracked beading on roof near windscreen.
Vibration on steering wheel when travelling at 120km/hr

They have had the car since 10th June, today being the 20th
