There are so many reasons for my disgust with this place.
No one knows what is going on, not even the lady in charge (Jacqueline) who thinks everything is a joke. No matter how serious the situation, she does not take you seriously. Friendliness is great, but as the person in charge you need to know when to be serious! Otherwise you upset clients further. This lady should DEFINITELY not be in this position. She is useless. She never calls you back, we never receive any updates - we are kept in the dark indefinitely unless we make the trip to see them personally. We are to, telling us they have the parts, until next time we are told they only received the parts today! Jacqueline hangs up on you when you finally lose your patience & attempt to convey your unhappiness. We find out ourselves that they reversed our car into a pole & broke the bumper (why did we have to find out ourselves?) And when we kindly request the vehicle to be ready with sufficient notice as we have no other car to get to work (after almost 2 months) we get a call after 5pm on D-Day that they are "still waiting for a part! ". The car only hit a pothole & i have to deal with such stress & incompetence!!!
