Shocking Service

Shocking service. My car was booked in originally for the 12 February, but i was called to bring the car on the 30th which i did. I aksed if they had sources the parts i was told they have. My vehicle was drivable thats why I asked. when i phoned about progress i was told the bumper was on back order. I went to the shop on the 25th nothing has been done to my car. I had a vehicle hire through my insurance for 30 days and i have to take this car in and now i am left withough a vehicle I aksed for a curtesy car they say they dont have one. why was my car kept in the shop when it could be driven. up to now i do not know when I am going to get the car even if i had money to hire a car I would not know for how long. If the car is drivable why dont they get all the parts before they call in the car.

This is so unprofessional, what recourse do I have.

Please help if I can just get a courtesy car.
