Terrible customer service and delay in cash back

I cannot convey how disappointed I am.
At first there was a delay with the contract and I had to go back to the branch for 3 days in a row because every day I was told that I can collect the car the next day without any phone call from them. Eventually I collected the car on the 3rd day and traded in my Corsa.
Things just got worse from there. I was offered R46000 for the Corsa of which R5000 was put down as a deposit, R33000 as a settlement on the Corsa and the R7000 cash back is amiss.
I was told that I'll have the registration documents within 2 weeks together with the cash back. We are currently in the 4th week and nothing. Last week I was guaranteed by both the salesman Shafaat and the manager Grant April that the registration documents were at the branch and when I arrived there tonight NO DOCUMENTS and the only cheque I received was R649.66 as a consolation for the contract delay. When I asked the salesman where my R7000 was he acted confused.
This is the worst service I have ever received. I am so tired of phoning the branch because there is just no phone calls from them to me in any regard and I am sick and tired of running up my telephone bill phoning after them.
