I tried to book a service for my vehicle with Nissan Milnerton. The call was cut off three times and when I called back to speak to a manager I was transferred to someone else trying to pretend to be a manager. When I asked her what her position was she told me she was a stores clerk. Now tell me, why should I bring my business to you and how can I trust you to service my vehicle if you can't even do something as simple as transfer a telephone call? While typing this I have just gotten cut off by head office while trying to lay a complaint with them about the Milnerton branch. And you really think I'm going to pay you R 3 100 to service my vehicle? Think again.
