Paid for goods not received

On the 24/05/2013 I handed in our vehicle registration documents together with our vehicle to the above for roadworthy, licensing and registration.5 months later I still do NOT have my licence disc with a constant excuse from Nadia that a guy by the name of Boet who used to work for them and is now at Roodepoort Test Station is handling the matter. Sorry but that, s their problem, Constantia Test Station were given the documention, we were given a bill from CTS and we paid it as we have done so on numerous previous occasions. We will NOT use them again as there are many other test stations about. Let this be a warning to prospective clients of CTS that they will happily take your money without fulfilling their obligations.
