24 hrs for documents, 24hrs for clearance - 48hrs

Hi

So this was my first time using TNT because DHL china was to busy, probably the last time too. I was called this morning for my importers code, i then called 4hours later to ask where is the invoice to make payment, i was then told it takes 24hours to get this, When dhl pre clears or gets it to you within a hour.

Further more i was told it takes anther 24hours to clear, what planet are you guys on? it took less time for the parcel to reach south africa from china!

please ecplain this
