My complaint is around your extremely poor efficiency and detrimental customer service.
A service which is so appalling that really shows how customers show up within your business.
Which is nowhere?
On the 15th of May 2013 I took my vehicle into Tata Pinetown for a service, up until today I am still awaiting feedback.
Your business is unprofessional for you do not live by your vision and values.
I have raised my complaints to Tata head office and to Liquid Capital, now it's the 15 June 2013 and still no feedback.
I will be distributing my complaints to all relevant media and newspapers
