We sent a package with overnight service from Capetown to Durban. The package was about an hour late. I called Courierit people in Durban to track my package. Was told the package was on the truck with the driver. The guys did not know where the driver was, I requested that my package be taken where it was supposed to go and the lady started going off about they had a technical problem, yet none of that had been communicated to me and i would think that none of that had been communicated to anyone who had a package delivery today. She started giving me attitude, i requested to speak to her manager she put the phone down on me. I am quite angry with Courierit. I may lose a client because they failed to make a delivery and I have been making excuses to my client now. This is disgusting.
