I went into Kia Menlyn on Sat 19 Jan at 12:00 to enquire about a Kia Picanto. After taking a brochure of the car and waiting for 20min for someone to help me (this after another customer entered the showroom almost 10mins after me and was attended to immediately). I proceeded to ask one of the sales consultants (who at that point in time was heavily intruiged by a bbm conversation) for a price of the car, something which could be conveyed verbally in 2 seconds. She bluntly said to me that she was unable to help me with my request as she had other customers waiting for her outside. She continued with her bbm conversation and proceeded to go outside without however attending to any customers. After waiting another few minutes I left the showroom as I realised that I would not receive any decent human interaction. The service at this delearship cannot be complained about as the service there is non existent. If I go into a delearship to look at a car I am just as serious about buying that car as the next person. It is quite upsetting to be treated in such a way and I will definately not go to that delearship again just to receive the exact same degrading treatment.
